Ground floor : Living room and dining room with pateo door to pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher with direct access to pateo with Brick built BBQ. Bathroom with bath.
First floor : Double bedroom leading out to terrace with sea view; Twin bedroom leading out to terrace with sea view ; Double bedroom with balcony. 2 bathrooms with bath
All bedrooms have air-conditioned for heating & cooling.
There is an alarm system and a safe.
The swimming pool (swimming pool can be heated, this is an optional extra and Temperature will be between 26 - 28 degrees)
Price has been reduced do to possible building works nearby.
